Overview
Next Chapter Funding ("we", "us") is a financial education and planning platform built by The Callari Group. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Using the site means you accept this policy.
Information we collect
When you create an account, you provide your name, email, phone number, and state. As you build an education plan, you may enter details about your child (such as a name and age), your savings so far, and your schooling assumptions. When you request advisor contact or a consultation, you may submit a message and preferred contact method.
How we use it
We use your information to run your account, save and update your education plans, calculate the estimates you see, send the monthly education check-in emails you opt into, and connect you with Jennifer Conner and the The Callari Group team when you request it. We do not sell your personal information.
Email and notifications
Monthly education update emails are on by default for new users and can be turned off anytime in your Profile settings. Advisor contact requests are forwarded to Jennifer@nextlevelfunding.com so a team member can follow up using your preferred method.
Analytics and cookies
The platform may use analytics to understand how the site is used and to improve it. These tools may collect usage data such as pages visited and approximate location, but they do not identify you personally in our reports.
Data retention and security
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure. Your education estimates are stored with your account so you can return to them.
Your choices
You can update your contact details and preferences in Profile, review your saved plans in Dashboard, or contact us to request access to or deletion of your information. You can also stop using the service at any time.
